The UK Tai Chi Skills School teaches and promotes the principles and philosophy of Tai Chi. The School is based in Cheshire and holds instructional classes in Chen Style Tai Chi. It runs Beginners’ class, 11 short form, 83 Xin Jia (New Frame) form, Cannon Fist (Pau Chui), Push hands, and Weapons forms. The school´s aim is to develop an understanding of all aspects of Tai Chi that is accessible and valuable to all students and scholars.

Summer Break

Thanks to all my Tai Chi friends who have come to class this year. Classes will restart in the week commencing 22nd September 2008. Watch this space for further information.

There will be no classes between 17th and 28th March due to Easter; classes restart on Monday 31st March. Happy Easter!
